When an order is placed it is generally shipped the next business day. Special orders may take two to four weeks to ship. Occasionally, we may have a delay in which case we will contact you. All orders are shipped UPS. We require a signature on all package deliveries. Please ensure that you provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

are not able to offer Saturday delivery.

We charge a sales tax of 8.25% to all orders shipped to a California address.
We do not charge sales tax on orders being shipped to all other locations.

Return Policies: |
We will accept returns and exchanges on items that are in their original condition with tickets attached. Items must not have been
worn, altered, drycleaned or laundered. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on jewelry. Returns and exchanges on all full priced merchandise must be returned
(either in the store or by mail)
within 10 days of receipt. There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. All return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Items purchased online may be exchanged or returned in the store and must be accompanied by the packing receipt.
